Program error(Mobile)iOS - I cannot connect the Nemonic Label printer to my smartphone or tablet.

Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone/tablet. Launch the app, search, select, and connect the printer.

If the trouble insists, do as follows:

From your smartphone/tablet, go to Settings > Connection > Bluetooth, and disconnect the Nemonic printer. Then, try to reconnect it using the app.
