1. Nemonic Printer driver

Check if the driver files are installed in the following two locations:
① C:\Program Files (x86)\MANGOSLAB\nemonicPrinterDriver
② C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\mip_201.inf_amd64_b9181537177c4f34
✅ Normal
The driver files should be present in both locations.
⚠️ Issues
The driver files are not installed in the specified locations.
👉 Solution
Check for sufficient storage space and installation permissions.
Then, disconnect and reconnect the Nemonic printer's USB cable.
2. Nemonic Printer Recognition
ℹ️ How to Check
① Turn on the Nemonic printer and connect it to the PC via USB.
② Check Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus controllers and Other devices.
③ Open the printer's properties and check the information in the Device configured event under the Events tab.
✅ Normal

① Try a different USB port and cable.
Use another USB cable that supports data communication or connect to a different USB port on your PC.
② Verify the device is a Nemonic printer.
If the VID/PID values are different, it is not a Nemonic device. Check the connection of the Nemonic device.
③ Remove the incorrect driver.
In Device Manager, right-click on the Nemonic printer, select Uninstall device, check Attempt to remove the driver for this device, and proceed with Uninstall. After uninstallation, disconnect and reconnect the USB connection of the Nemonic printer.
3. Windows Device Driver

Verify usbprint.inf is present on the PC's local disk.
✅ Normal
usbprint.inf is present.
⚠️ Issues
usbprint.inf is missing.

usbprint.inf is a file that comes pre-installed with Windows OS.
If it is missing, restoring it through Microsoft Windows Update is recommended.
